I am a human systems designer, a developmental strategist, and a certified coach who’s no stranger to navigating uncertainty, or the ups and downs of bringing about what’s new, next, or needs to change. Over the past 20+ years I've learned that there is no antidote to the messy middle - the only way out is through! We need to learn to pause, get curious, experiment, and embrace what emerges. Now I help leaders and teams create meaningful change, guiding them to find clarity, confidence, and innovative solutions in unprecedented times. With a background in organizational design, innovation, evaluation, and leadership development, I’m passionate about empowering curious humans to meet challenges with care and creativity.
